Washer and/or Dryer, if provided, are convenience items only and may or may not be repaired/replaced at the discretion of the property owner.
Not all properties accept pets. However, unless otherwise noted, pets are negotiable with owner approval and/or HOA approval, and appropriate deposit ($100-$600).
All dogs require proof of veterinarian care; some dogs might need references along with proof of renters insurance policy covering the home owner & Central Property Management.
Security System, if provided, is a convenience item and may or may not be repaired/replaced at the discretion of the owner. All monitoring, unless otherwise noted, are at the expense of the tenant.
Unless otherwise noted, tenant is responsible for all pest control and for all utilities.
As of 01/01/2010, Central Property Management will not accept personal checks for application fees or "good faith deposits". All application fees and all "good faith deposits" must be in the form of cashier check or money order. Sorry, no cash will be accepted either.
