Washer and/or Dryer, if provided, are convenience items only and may or may not be repaired/replaced at the discretion of the property owner.

Not all properties accept pets.  However, unless otherwise noted, pets are negotiable with owner approval and/or HOA/CDO approval, and appropriate deposit ($150-$600).

Some pets might require proof of veterinarian care, references and proof of renters insurance policy covering the home owner.

Security System, if provided, is a convenience item and may or may not be repaired/replaced at the discretion of the owner.  All monitoring, unless otherwise noted, are at the expense of the tenant.

Unless otherwise noted, Tenant is responsible for all pest control and for all utilities.
