Processing Fees

 

  • Applications will not be processed if incomplete or unsigned, if they are missing required information, or if the information supplied has been falsified. 

  • Per application, include a personal cheque, cashier's cheque, or money order for the non-refundable (minimum) $50.00 processing fee (this fee applies to each individual applicant; or, per married couple; or, per Guarantor). 

  • Applications CANNOT and WILL NOT be processed without processing fee. 

  • Additional applicants (roommates) must complete their own individual application forms and submit an individual application fee(s). 

  • A Guarantor of Applicant  must complete the Guarantor Application and is assessed a non-refundable $50.00 processing fee.

 

          Central Property Management does not charge prospective tenants any fees to make appointments, 

           to talk to our agents, and/or to view properties.

Fees apply only when a prospective tenant submits an application for processing.
